About Me

Sundai Olive Pilates was founded by Simone Sharice, a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor whose approach to movement goes deeper than the physical.

Simone's teaching is rooted in the belief that true strength isn't forced. It's built from a grounded place, shaped by an understanding of how deeply the mind and body are connected and what it actually feels like when the two are working together.

Through Sundai Olive Pilates' in-person studio in the Atlanta, Georgia area and online platform, Simone works with men and women of all ages, guiding clients through movement that is felt physically, mentally, and energetically. Sundai Olive Pilates specializes in nervous system regulation, prenatal Pilates, pelvic floor therapy, and lower back pain relief. Sessions are intentional. The work is real. And the results go far beyond what you can see.

Movement here is purposeful. Strength is built from the inside out, with the nervous system at the center of everything. Simone Sharice is a Balanced Body comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.

    Mat Pilates

    Move with intention using just your body. Mat Pilates is for all levels focused on body awareness, control, and strength without machines, sometimes using small props or none at all. Designed to challenge your core, improve balance, and build confidence.
